Take either I-64 or I-71 to Gene Snyder Freeway/I-265. From I-64, get on Snyder going North, or from I-71, take Snyder going South.

To get to our office from Snyder Freeway / I-265:

1. Take the KY-146/ LA GRANGE RD exit- exit number 30- toward ANCHORAGE/ PEWEE VALLEY.
2. Turn right (east) onto LAGRANGE RD/ KY-146 E, go about 4 miles to stop light in Crestwood (National City will be on your right).
3. Turn LEFT, cross the railroad tracks and take an immediate right, then left, to a 4-way flashing stoplight (there will be a Marathon gas station on your left).
4. Turn RIGHT at the light onto KY-22 and go about a block, we're just two doors past the funeral home on the RIGHT, in a brown brick/prairie style building.

 

To get to our office from I-71:

1. Take Exit 14 BROWNSBORO / PEWEE VALLEY and go south on the 329 Bypass toward Crestwood.
2. Take the 329 Bypass about 2 miles to a stop light and turn RIGHT onto LAGRANGE ROAD / HWY. 146 (you will see a CVS Pharmacy on your right).
3. HWY 146 turns into HWY 22 after about 1/2 mile.  Look for a BP gas station on the right and our office will be two doors past that on the left, in a brown brick/prairie style building.
