John Frith Stewart represents clients in the areas of employment law, education law, elder law, probate, wills and trusts, ERISA, FMLA, pension funds, health and welfare funds, apprenticeship education funds, personal injury, and civil litigation. He proudly represents labor unions, their members and their families. John is a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, was admitted to practice in 1961, and is licensed to practice in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Kentucky and the Southern District of Indiana, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He is a member of the Oldham County Bar, the Louisville Bar, and the Kentucky Bar Associations; and the Kentucky Justice Association. John has been serving clients at the Crestwood office since 1962, was mayor of Pewee Valley for sixteen years, and is active in many charitable, religious and civic organizations.
